NSS SFU/17 Holds Grand Get-Together, Award Distribution, and Farewell Ceremony

The NSS SFU/17 unit of Sreekrishna Higher Secondary School, Nallepilly, organized a special get-together event, marking the victory celebration of Cake Fest, award distribution, and farewell to Plus Two NSS volunteers. The event was a memorable occasion filled with joy, appreciation, and gratitude.

The program commenced with a solemn prayer, setting the tone for the day’s celebrations. The school’s Principal, Sri. A. Chandrashekhar, delivered the greeting speech, highlighting the contributions of NSS volunteers and their dedication to community service.

Following the Principal’s address, several dignitaries extended their wishes, including Staff Secretary Rekha V, former NSS Programme Officer Pravitha N.R, teachers Sreeja R, Sandhya S. Nair, and NSS advisory committee member Sri. Usman A.H. Their words of encouragement motivated the volunteers to continue their service with passion and commitment.

A highlight of the event was the cake-cutting ceremony, celebrating the NSS unit’s remarkable victory in the Cake Fest. Volunteers joined together to share the joy of their achievement, symbolizing teamwork and dedication.

During the award distribution, several outstanding volunteers were honored for their exceptional contributions. The Outstanding Camp Performer Award was presented to Ardra S, the Best Group Leader Award was given to Anakha H, and the Best Volunteer Award was jointly awarded to Adhithyan S and Bhavya B. Their relentless efforts and leadership were duly recognized and applauded by the gathering.

The event concluded with an emotional farewell to the outgoing Plus Two NSS volunteers. Their invaluable contributions and active participation in NSS activities were acknowledged, and they were encouraged to carry forward the spirit of service in their future endeavors.

The program was successfully guided by NSS Programme Officer Sri. Anilkumar, with the support of NSS advisory committee member Sri. Usman A.H. The event left a lasting impression, reinforcing the values of service, leadership, and teamwork among the students.
