Onam Celebrations at Sreekrishna Higher Secondary School, Nallepilly.
Sreekrishna Higher Secondary School, Nallepilly, celebrated Onam with grandeur, bringing the spirit of Kerala’s traditional festival to life. The event, led by Principal A. Chandrashekhar and Head Mistress Sri. Sunu Subhramanyam, featured vibrant floral arrangements (Pookalam) and an energetic performance of Chendamelam, the traditional drum ensemble that added to the festive mood.
The entire school community participated with enthusiasm, and the P.T.A. President, Sri. Vijayan, also graced the occasion. The highlight of the celebration was the distribution of payasam (sweet dessert) to all the students, a gesture symbolizing the joy and unity of the festival.
